Guest and Employee Healthcare
Our resort is now open and we are welcoming guests. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees we have put together an enhanced global health and safety program called Guest and Employee Healthcare. Upon arrival, there will be a screening procedure that may include temperature checking and questions regarding health and recent travel. Employees will be wearing masks and all guests will also be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public spaces and when receiving in-room service. Hand sanitizer and hand washing outlet are also available in many areas around the resort to ensure commitment to cleanliness. Social distancing is also to be maintained during your stay.

Flexible Cancellation Policy
We are committed to offering flexibility to all our guests who are due to stay with us and have made adjustments to our booking policies.
Pre-paid, non-flexible bookings:
For all prepaid, non-flexible bookings made directly with the hotels via our website or Reservation department, we will offer free modification of reservations for any dates of travel within the next 12 months. Please note the new guest price is subject to the dates of stay and any difference will need to be paid or if the price is less then a credit will be held against the future booking.
Flexible bookings:
Flexible bookings can be cancelled up to 12.00 noon local time on the day of arrival. Please note that no-shows will be charged in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
3rd party bookings:
If you made your booking through a third-party website or travel agent, then you will need to contact them directly to confirm their policy.
